This Agreement sets forth the standards of use for the Healing Hands Thai Massage & Spa website (the “Website”), the Healing Hands Thai Massage & Spa Mobile Application (the “Mobile Application”), and the Healing Hands Thai Massage & Spa In‑Store Forms Application (the “In‑Store Application”) (collectively, the “Applications”). It governs all access to and use of the Website, Applications, their content, and all aspects of the Service (defined below).

By using the Website and/or Applications, you (“you” or “your”) agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Website or the Applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH LEGALLY BINDING TERMS GOVERNING YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE, APPLICATIONS, AND ANY RELATED SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY OF THESE, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT:

• You have the legal right and authority to enter into this Agreement.

2. Additional Terms & Conditions

Certain features of the Website or Applications may be subject to additional terms provided within them. These additional terms are incorporated into this Agreement. If any conflict arises between this Agreement and additional terms, the additional terms will govern—but only for the specific feature to which they apply.

Use of the Website and/or Applications may also be subject to the Terms and Conditions of any service agreement you enter into with an independently owned and operated Healing Hands Thai Massage & Spa location.

3. No Liability for Independent Locations

Neither Healing Hands Thai Massage & Spa Corporate nor its affiliates, officers, directors, or employees (“Healing Hands Entities”) are a party to any service agreement you may enter with an independently owned and operated Healing Hands Thai Massage & Spa location. Your continued use of the Website, Applications, and Services constitutes acknowledgment that the Healing Hands Entities are not responsible for any acts or omissions related to your use of these platforms.

 

4. Modification of Agreement

Healing Hands Thai Massage & Spa reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Website and/or Applications. Your continued use of these platforms after any modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
